Who We Are

Our director, Ashley, brings over two decades of experience helping clients navigate the complexities of conveyancing and home moves. Having worked as both a Traditional High Street and a Self-Employed Estate Agent, Ashley saw first-hand the need for a dedicated service that could match the high standard of one-to-one care she provided to her clients. From this vision, The Sales Progression Company was born.

Working alongside Ashley is a small, dedicated team of experienced progressors. Passionate, knowledgeable, and highly motivated, we support both traditional High Street agencies and bespoke independent agents. By outsourcing their sales progression to us, agents can focus on winning instructions and growing their business, safe in the knowledge that every transaction is being managed with expertise, transparency, and care.

What We Do

At The Sales Progression Company, we pride ourselves on delivering personalised, proactive sales progression. Our bespoke service was created specifically for estate agents who need support with their sales progression while ensuring the service reflects the same tailored approach they provide to their own clients.

We use industry-leading software to manage and actively progress every transaction. With our downloadable progression app, all parties involved can track progress in real time, monitor completed milestones, and see upcoming tasks. The app also allows us to send instant updates via text or email, keeping communication seamless, transparent, and stress-free.

Whilst we embrace technology, we know that clear and consistent communication remains the foundation of a smooth home move.
