Determined to make a difference, she founded The Sales Progression Co.—a business built to support estate agents and their clients in a modern, proactive, and highly personalised way.

We do more than track sales—we actively progress them. Our team anticipates potential delays, chases outstanding actions, and keeps every case moving efficiently from start to finish. Each client has a dedicated sales progressor, providing a single point of contact who understands their case inside and out. This personal touch ensures clarity, consistency, and peace of mind, creating a smooth, stress-free experience for everyone involved.

Through word of mouth and referrals, our team quickly grew to six passionate professionals, all sharing Ashley’s drive, skill set, and commitment to transforming the sales progression process.
